Ritual of Union with the Holy Guardian Angel

Stand in a quiet, sacred space. Slowly trace a circle clockwise three times with your finger, envisioning a golden, protective light forming around you—soft yet strong, encircling you and the room in radiant safety.


Face East, arms open wide. Feel the breath of life stir around you fresh, vital, awakening. Point outward and say:

“Come, Element of Air, attend and empower this circle.”


Turn South, and as you do, envision flames dancing bold, alive, illuminating your spirit. Say:

“Come, Element of Fire, attend and empower this circle.”


Turn West, and imagine water swirling around your feet cool, flowing, sacred. Speak:

“Come, Element of Water, attend and empower this circle.”


Face North, grounding into the energy of soil, stone, and root. See the earth rising to meet you. Say:

“Come, Element of Earth, attend and empower this circle.”


Place a tealight candle in a bowl of water before you. If desired, dress the candle with herbs or oils that feel aligned with your essence. This ritual is personal your Holy Guardian Angel is an extension of your deepest, truest self. Choose what you love.


Begin to breathe deeply. Use your preferred method of breathwork, or try the Vase Breath I use from Jason Miller’s book Sex, Sorcery, and Spirit: The Secrets of Erotic Magic.


Inhale deeply... hold gently... exhale fully. Repeat until your body feels relaxed and your mind clear.


When ready, light the candle and say:

IAO

 God, energy, and light that pervades all things

 May I be open to seeing the divine in all things and places.

 May I be open to accepting the divine in my life.

 May I be open to receiving guidance and grace from my Holy Guardian Angel.

 By the love and will you place within me so may it be.

Guardian Angel, come to me.

 I love you and wish to know you.

 Help me to understand, to grow, to prosper.

 Reveal to me the knowledge I need, my Holy Guide.


If you know your angel’s name, speak it aloud now. You may wish to display a prayer card or token that bears their name beside the candle and water. I have made my own prayer card for my Angel.


Close your eyes and envision a luminous staircase rising into the heavens. You are naked and bare.


With each step, scan your body, starting at your feet. Where is there pain? Tension? Hold compassion there. As you rise, divine, unconditional love flows through you, soothing, healing, and releasing.


Your tattoos, scars, piercings and wounds gently fade—not erased, but transformed by the light of heaven. Your body, once dense, grows lighter, brighter your spirit remembered.

At the top of the stairs, your Holy Guardian Angel waits arms open, floating in light, surrounded by soft clouds.


You are lifted by a breeze into their arms. They embrace you. Together, you are enveloped in a brilliant, pure white light.


Your form dissolves. You merge with them—no longer separate, but one radiant being. You are now a beam of divine light, stretching beyond the world, beyond time. You are the Invincible Bornless One, you have returned home to yourself eternal in light, sovereign in spirit, and forever free.


Remain in this sacred union as long as you wish.


When ready, slowly return—bring awareness to your breath, your body, your space.

Thank your angel. Thank the elements. Extinguish the candle.
