The Untapped Potential of Mercurial Communication





Saint Raphael and Mercury have bestowed numerous blessings upon me throughout the years. I've discovered that my astrological chart reveals a natural talent in careers with marketing and communication. I have thrived in nearly every job I've held; if I secured an interview, I am almost guaranteed an offer. My Mercurial blessings and abilities have flourished as I've grown more self-assured and grounded. As a teenager, I was often anxious—creative, yet hesitant to engage with others.

Just yesterday, in my shop, I invoked Saint Raphael, asking him to fill the space with his divine presence and blessings. Almost immediately, I felt a surge of creativity and enjoyed engaging conversations with my guests. I couldn't help but chuckle when the typically grouchy vendor came in and chatted with me for thirty minutes about various topics. My supervisor noticed this and found it amusing, knowing how grumpy this gentleman usually is. Being personable and able to connect with others truly makes a difference. I believe communication is a powerful asset, and when enhanced with a touch of magic, it becomes an extraordinary force for non-violent social action. Effective networking and seamless communication can significantly benefit all types of relationships.

However, this tool is most effective when grounded in authenticity. While it may be tempting to stretch the truth to escape an unwarranted ticket—trust me, I've been there—lacking authenticity and self-awareness creates a shaky foundation. Honesty and integrity are essential for a fulfilling human experience and happiness. Mercury embodies the power of speech and communication; if your words lack their salt, they can easily backfire. Healing to achieve authenticity is part of the magician's journey, ultimately connects us to the divine and our own inner divinity.

One of the beautiful aspects of Mercury is recognizing the interconnectedness of everything, along with the fragility of that system. My past anxiety as a teenager stemmed from understanding the weight of my words—verbiage truly matters, and I feared inadvertently disrupting the balance. This system can encompass workplace situations, communication with a partner or friend, and navigating social dynamics and power struggles. Words are powerful tools that can disarm adversaries effortlessly. I highly recommend investing time in learning about communication and public relations, as it can work wonders in life, with Saint Raphael swooping in on his wings to assist in conveying your message.

May this Mercury Retrograde serve as an opportunity for self-reflection, helping you identify necessary changes and areas for improvement in your life. This is a period with exponential opportunities for growth in various aspects, particularly in connecting with people, spirits, and the Earth.

Jason Miller's Sorcery of Hekate session begins today.
