Rite of Protection: Safeguarding Your Kingdom with Venus and Saturn


  • Three tea light candles
  • Two glasses of water
  • Rose branches
  • Red string
  • Rose oil

Anoint the candles with rose oil and place two of them in a cup of water—one on the left and one on the right.

Cut the rose branches into thirds and arrange them into a triangle. Secure the corners with the string to stabilize the triangle. As you do this, meditate and visualize rose branches forming a protective boundary around a castle, within which you and your loved ones reside.

Once the triangle is complete, place it on the table and position an anointed candle in the center.

Create a triangle shape with your hands over the candles, glasses, and branch triangle. Recite the following prayer:


By Earth, the Body of the Gods
By Water, their flowing blood
By Air, the breath of the Gods
By Fire, their burning soul
May these offerings be blessed and purified.


As you recite this, envision any impurities in the offerings being washed away, blown away, and burned away.


Light the candle on the left and recite this prayer:


Blood of my blood,

Spirit of my spirit,

Flesh of my flesh.

Hail ancestors,

Hail guardian spirits, angels, and deities who watch over me.

I offer this candle to you and this water to you.

Please bless me through this working.

May this rose oil symbolize the love and light you have woven into my existence.


Take a moment to connect with your ancestors and guardians, feeling their presence. They love you and serve as your protectors.


Light the next candle and call upon Venus and Saturn. Recite this prayer:


Hail Cassiel,

Planetary Angel of Saturn,

I summon you by your names:

Castiel,

Tzaphkiel,

Kafziel,

Kasiel,

Captiel.

Empower these thorns,

Empower these branches,

That they represent the boundaries of my Kingdom,

That they protect my heart,

My loved ones I hold dear.

Haniel,

Planetary Angel of Venus,

I summon you by your names:

Hananel,

Anael,

Hanael,

Aniel.

Empower this rose oil,

Empower this candle,

That they may represent my loved ones,

That it is symbolic of those who are in my Castle.

IAO


I ask this of you, Saturn and Venus,

That you may work together in harmony,

To enforce the boundaries of my heart and love.

I need you both to imbue this work,

Prevent any enemies from harming my relationship with my loved ones,

That their toxic behavior is pushed away and protects my Kingdom,

My heart,

My relationships,

My friendships,

My allegiances.

Remove any of their workings and toxicity away.


Their connection and attempts to enter the castle be severed and dismissed,

Cut off at the head,

So that my heart and home

May fill with love and be safe.
